Nissan Intelligent Mobility is Nissan’s suite of driver-assistive technologies that help keep drivers alert and aware of what is happening around their vehicle and provide automatic assistance if needed. It is also a step that Nissan is taking towards automated vehicles and improving upon and furthering the automotive industry. The available systems and concepts include:
Nissan Intelligent Forward Collision Warning
The system will “watch” two cars ahead of your vehicle and will give audible and visual warnings when it detects that vehicles in front of you have begun to slow down.

Nissan Intelligent Blind Spot Warning
The system uses a camera to detect whether another vehicle is in or quickly approaching your blind spot and will give you audible and visual warnings if there is a vehicle detected, the system will also give a small “nudge” back if you begin to move over.
Nissan Intelligent Lane Intervention
The system helps keep you within the lane with slight steering adjustments if it detects that you are starting to drift out of it.
Nissan Intelligent Back-Up Intervention
The system utilizes cameras to look behind you and automatically apply the brakes if it detects an obstacle or vehicle behind you.
Nissan Intelligent Around View® Monitor
The system provides a bird’s eye/aerial view of your vehicle and the direct surrounding area around your vehicle for more visibility and enhanced maneuverability.
Nissan Intelligent Distance Control
The system monitors the flow of traffic and determines what a safe following distance is and alerts you if you become too close to other vehicles in front of you.
